Before We Grow Together
Most details are tailored after we learn about your space. These answers cover the starting point.
What kinds of venues are a good fit?
Cafés, bars, restaurants, breweries, hotels, apartment communities, coworking spaces, retail shops, and neighborhood gathering spaces with tables, chairs, practical lighting, and room for guests to work comfortably.
How many guests can participate?
Hands-on workshops often work best for approximately 12 to 30 guests. Plant Bingo can accommodate larger groups. We will recommend a format after reviewing the space and event goals.
How long does an event last?
Most guided workshops run approximately 90 to 120 minutes. Plant Bingo and custom social experiences can be structured differently to fit the venue's programming schedule.
Where does Rockaway Botanica host events?
Rockaway Botanica is NYC-based and serves venues throughout New York City and nearby Long Island. Travel, loading, and access needs are reviewed before a date is confirmed.
Does submitting the form reserve a date?
No. The inquiry starts the review process. A date is confirmed only after the event format, responsibilities, pricing, and any required agreement or payment are completed.
