RB Global FAQ

Does RB Global ship individual plants internationally on demand?

Not as the core model. RB Global is designed around scheduled preorder drops and consolidated imports because live plants benefit from a more coordinated route, documentation process, and destination handoff.

Where will you ship?

Our initial focus is Europe + UK and the Caribbean. Eligible countries will be listed on each drop. A country being part of a broad Shopify market does not automatically mean a live-plant route is open.

Which plants will be offered?

We are focusing on collector Hoyas, unusual Begonias, select Anthuriums, and distinctive plants that justify the international route. The actual assortment will vary by supplier availability, plant condition, season, export eligibility, and collector demand.

How are import costs handled?

The pricing structure for each drop will state what is included and identify any known import, handling, or final-delivery charges before ordering opens. We will not use one blanket fee assumption for every country.

What about taxes, VAT, duties, or customs charges?

Treatment varies by destination and route. Each confirmed drop will explain the structure that applies to that shipment and whether any destination charges are included or collected separately.

When will my plant arrive?

Each drop will publish an estimated import window. Live-plant shipments can be affected by export processing, carrier schedules, inspections, customs clearance, weather, and destination handling, so arrival dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

What if a drop does not move forward?

The cancellation and refund terms for that specific preorder will be shown before checkout. We will not purchase speculative quantities first and then rely on customers to absorb the risk.

Will plants look exactly like the listing photo on arrival?

Unless a listing is explicitly for an exact plant, live plants naturally vary. International transport can also cause temporary stress or minor cosmetic changes. Material condition issues will be handled under the terms published for that drop.

Can I request a plant?

Yes. Use the RB Global Wishlist. Requests help determine future sourcing but do not guarantee availability.
